Proper Usage of Each Team Member (15%)

Each member of group performed all aspects of their task (each member did the assigned job) and formed an exceptional design team.

Each member of group performed most aspects of their task (each member did the assigned job) and they formed a great design team.

Each member of group performed some aspects of their task (each member did the assigned job) and they formed a good design team.

Members of group did not perform their given task (each member did the assigned job) and they did not work together to form a working design team.

Preparedness (10%)

Group was ready with their product and presentation material upon their designated presentation time.

Group was almost ready to present their product and presentation material. They just had a few loose ends to tie up.

Group was not quite ready to present some parts of their presentation. They could have used more time to prepare.

Group did not have a finished product ready for presentations. However the group did give a presentation over what they would have had completed.

Eye Contact (10%)

As a whole the each member of the group maintained eye contact throughout all of the presentation.

As a whole the each member of the group maintained eye contact through most of the presentation and/or one member failed to maintain eye contact with the audience.

As a whole the each member of the group maintained eye contact for half of the presentation and/or two or less member failed to maintain eye contact with the audience.

As a whole the each member of the group maintained eye contact for less than half of the presentation and/or three or more members failed to maintain eye contact with the audience.

Content (15%)

Group showed a great understanding of the assessment and mathematics being applied (probability and expected value). Was able to explain all aspects of their product.

Group showed a good understanding of the mathematics being applied(probability and expected value). Not all aspects of the product could be explained clearly and effectively.

Group showed a moderate understanding of the mathematics being applied (probability and expected value). Parts of the product could not be explained well during the presentation.

Group showed little to no understanding of the mathematics being applied (probability and expected value). And/Or the group failed to describe their product to the class during their presentation.
